Our hockey programs are offered year round. There are typically three sessions per year - Fall (Sept. - Jan.), Winter/Spring (Jan. - April) and Summer (May - Aug.). Additionally, we offer mini camps, goalie camps, and extra skills clinics on available weekends. During summer, weeklong classes are offered with special guest instructors.

USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION This year ALL players, Youth and Adult, MUST register and pay their annual USA Hockey dues of $32.00 online, using this link: https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/. Please be sure to print the receipt and return it to the hockey office. You MUST turn in your confirmation to be eligible to play.

BEGINNER HOCKEY SKATING CLASSES are offered year-round by the Ice Palace Skating School. Emphasis is on basic skating skills - no sticks or pucks are involved. Minimal equipment is required for this course but if a player has complete hockey equipment, they are encouraged to wear it. Please contact our skating school at (949) 643-9648 x21

YOUTH HOCKEY programs emphasize a positive and enjoyable atmosphere where all participants feel welcome and look forward to their experience at the rink. The development of the player's skills and creating a desire to play the game is our main focus. Programs are offered for all ages from 4 years to 17 years. Some programs include possible inter-rink play with other local in-house programs. There are even tournament teams for all age levels; our teams are very competitive and successful! ADULT HOCKEY programs offer fun, safe, competitive and affordable ice hockey for adults of all skill levels. All leagues are non-check, and all games are officiated by two referees, providing a safe and enjoyable hockey experience. Leagues are offered at all different skill levels, from true beginners to seasoned advanced players, ensuring that you'll find just the right level of competition that you are looking for.

• ADVANCED - very high skill level - coaches and college level experience strongly suggested
• INTERMEDIATE A - highly skilled players with at least 5 years or more of experience
• INTERMEDIATE B - mid-level players with at least 5 years or more of experience
• NOVICE A - for players with 3 to 5 years of hockey experience looking for an easy-going level of intensity
• NOVICE B - for beginner players with less than three years of hockey experience looking to take the next step up in their skill development
• BEGINNER - a strictly beginner league for players who are new to the game and are looking to develop their skills in a completely recreational environment. Beginner teams compete in inter-rink play, with some games taking place at the Yorba Linda facility.

ADULT HOCKEY PICKUP Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:45pm to 2:00pm. Full equipment is required; all levels of play are welcome (no check). First come, first served. To reserve a spot call (949) 643-9648 by 10am and leave your name (must arrive by 12:15pm to keep reservation). Cost is $15.00 - goalies skate for free! Must be at least 18 yrs old.

STICKTIME is available Fridays from 5:00 to 6:00pm at only $15.00 per session, goalies $6.00, providing an opportunity to any player to come out and work on any skill he/she desires. Full equipment is required; all ages are welcome (youth and adult), first come first served!
